TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Please confirm what year saddlebags you are running. Older (98-13) bags use a traditional latch while the newer (2014-2023) use the one touch lever.

Select which layout you would like: Front mount pair, rear mount pair or a quad kit (which allows you to run 4 - 8`s)

EACH KIT INCLUDES: Mounting rings, aluminum grills or cloth, stainless steel hardware, installation instructions, drill templates for sound holes and cutting templates for partial or full grill cutouts

*We now offer a premium splash shield (waterproof cloth) that you can choose to include in our kits instead of the aluminum grills for no additional cost!*

Our premium splash shield repels water, dirt, dust, etc. The mesh is also hydrophobic, it will repel water & splashes of water. Although it is hydrophobic & can repel water, it is not entirely waterproof.

Our mounting rings:

- Allow you to install 8" midbass/midrange speakers inside of your HD saddlebags with room to spare.

- Are contoured to allow a flat mounting surface in the saddlebag.

- Are made from semi rigid plastic -- WATERPROOF

- Come in a paintable raw black finish

- No epoxy needed - so they can be reused if you upgrade bags or bikes

10” SUB ADAPTER 98-CURRENT

These are a Injection molded 10” wheel side mount adapter with a  11.2” OD, 9” ID 5*, and a ½” mounting surface tilt to follow the flow more of the outside of the saddle bag, to allow a deeper speaker to be mounted with enough room for proper ventilation. Max mounting depth will vary by bag manufacture.

Fitment will also vary by bag manufacture.  Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly as there are different speaker manufactures on the market.

This Kit you will receive (1) tube of 220ml 90min NG90 panel bond, and mounting hardware. Applicator sold separately. If you choose the inserts those can be Purchase separately.

Kit will include:

90min panel bond

32 screws 16 to hold the speaker to the bag and 16 to hold the speaker to the Adapter.

1/8″ drill Bit

SOLD IN PAIRS SPEAKER AND RING MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED!

The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly as there are different speaker manufactures on the market. All new designs beginning 12/1/21 and material come with Speaker and ring mounting hardware. Threaded Inserts for speakers ( 8 ) 10-24 Stainless steel hardware, 16 stainless steel outer ring hardware. Drill bit and tool to put in inserts are optional and can be found in the hardware section. Panel bond not included.

It is recommended but not necessary to use a 2 part epoxy to bond the adapter to the saddle bag. A good example would be 3M 08115. You should also have some knowledge of body work as you will be cutting the saddle bag.

**due to many variations of saddle bags these were CNC using stock bags. Depending on the bag slight modifications may have to be done to the adapter. I.E sanding to the mounting face of the adapter or use of silicon caulk to fill in small gaps. Using a quality aftermarket or stock bag will achieve the easiest and best results.

Bag seals for Harley Davison, these are 13 and down. These are made from a CNC mold and CAD from a Stock Harley saddle bag, These are fiber glass Bag seals to seal in the top of your Harley bags for your mid bass or subwoofers and are designed using the Nagy Ring and notched for the Nagy ring. Using a stock or quality aftermarket saddle bag will achieve the best results but may require some minor modifications depending on the sweep at the rear of the bag, it may require to fill in a small gap. Depending on the size of the magnet on the subwoofer it may require some modifications at the top. while we strive to keep it as user friendly as possible there have been a very few circumstances where those modifications were needed. These can either be fiberglassed or bonded in using a 2 part epoxy. It is important to make sure the surfaces being bonded together are prepped before bonding or fiberglassing them. All of our toppers come with 2 pieces of self adhesive carpet to finish off the tops of the inside of the bags for a Nice clean look.
Trimming my not be exact every single time so there maybe slight gaps to fill as that's done by hand, all bags are not made exactly the same
